Kadavul Nataraja Ardra Abhishekam Endowment




The Ardra Abhishekam of Siva Nataraja at Kadavul Temple at Kauai's Hindu Monastery in Hawaii is a monthly occurrence on the ardra nakshatra that stabilizes and invigorates the vibration of the monastery. With many bright souls looking forward to this celebration and devotion, this endowment ensures that all of the items needed such as fruit, milk, honey, citrus juice, flowers, yogurt and clothing will be provided.

Fund Notice:
Until the fund reaches $75,000 the grants are restricted to puja supplies such as flowers, abhishekam supplies from India, naivedyam, additional milk and yogurt, honey, fruits, fruit juices and clothing for the Deity for the monthly Ardra abhishekam. Any accumulated funds may be used for additional supplies on the annual Ardra Darshanam in December or January. When the fund reaches $150,000 the grant funds above the primary expenses may be used for jewelry for the Deity and silver or gold puja articles. The grants are contingent on the continuation of the monthly Ardra puja and abhishekam.
