The Hindu of the Year goes to a carefully chosen, full-time Hindu religious leader who contributed significantly during the previous year to the on-going international renaissance of the Sanatana Dharma. To date, twelve Hindus of the Year have been designated and have been presented with an honorary plaque. (See list below)

This fund covers the costs of providing an award plaque to Hinduism Today's Hindu of the Year.
